I'm Tim Minnick, a Certified Personal Trainer, Functional Aging Specialist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist. At almost 82 years old, I hold the Guinness World Record as the oldest active fitness instructor in the world, a title I wear with pride and responsibility. My passion lies in helping older adults take control of their health and thrive as they age. I believe that aging doesn’t have to mean declining, and I’m committed to being a central part of the process that helps my clients live with robust physical and mental health. My focus is on helping individuals over 60 gain muscle, increase fitness levels, and recover from injuries or surgery, all while embracing a lifestyle that promotes longevity and well-being.
My journey into fitness was born from a lifelong love of sports and a deep desire to see others live better and longer. With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, after a long career in a different field, I bring a unique perspective to my work, understanding firsthand the challenges that come with aging. I work closely with physical therapists, doctors, and other professionals to help my clients regain strength, mobility, and balance after life-altering events. Whether you want to win a pickleball tournament, run a 5k, or simply move with ease in your daily life, I’m here to help you redefine and refocus your health goals. Let’s work together to make your health and fitness the foundation of a vibrant and fulfilling life.
I’m excited to help you take control of your health. Whether you're interested in in-home training, mobility exercises, or post-therapy care, I’m just a message away. Fill out the form below, and I’ll be in touch to discuss how we can work together to improve your well-being.
