Tim Minnick is recognized by Guinness World Records as the oldest active fitness instructor (multiple disciplines). At 83, he continues to train clients and advocate for a different way of thinking about aging. Fitness taught him that strength can also build resilience, confidence and purpose. Today, he encourages people to take control of their health rather than accept weakness simply because they are getting older.
